so i was trying to remove the oil cooler from the engine where it connects to the block and i bent the **** out of it until it snapped, it doesn't matter because im junking the car but for next time how should i loosen it? Twist one nut while holding the other?

 

and does anybody know the wrench size to take off the oil cooler hose at the rear of the block?
