But after a good conversion with my man i decided not to buy it and rather he's gonna fix it up.

It might not look like much but it's taken me a lot of work to get it like this from where I started.
s14 SE wheels
salvaged s13 aero mirrors (they fit yay!)
broken sunroof converted to removable roof
MazdaSpeed mufflers
rear badges (were missing)
50 pounds of weight reduction
DIY clear side markers
antenna removal
fixed broken horns
tweaked with air pump sound
crap black repaint
fixed stuck passeneger window
s5 steering wheel
CD player from old car
radar detector
new shift boot
new shift ****
DIY leather e-brake boot with DIY handle
black leather door inserts
red calipers
new floormats
interior color makover
door jamb/engine bay repaint (blue to black)
rigged up 240sx front strut bar
8.2mm ignition cables
$400 in misc. repairs
needs...
new rear suspension
new rear driver side caliper
new brake resevour
complete coolent flush
spark plugs
new passenger side flash to pass lense
BBS vert wheels or T2 wheels
PAINT!!! Probably will paint it black myself
maybe 20% window tint

A little black paint, a lotta black fabric dye, an s5 steering wheel, fixed dash vents, a little leather, a cupholder, new shift ****, a CD player and voula!
