i know people will get you for this, but its nice to see you modding your car the way you want. good luck.
I dont think the kit all matches though, how about going with stock rear bumper? It wont look too bad once its all lowered and you got your wheels on. And aftermarket rear bumpers typically scoop up air back there if you look at them.

I like it. It'll look good with all one color. Whats really going to make or break what you're doing, is your wheel fitment. The right ride height along with wheel size and fitment and it'll look killer. Orrrrrr if you get it wrong, it'll look like poo. I'm also really liking that 57 behind it.
+ 1. That vert in your sig is super hot. I needz moar pics.
I'm not sure if its a nation wide law, but I know its illegal here in California to not have a 3rd brake light.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) repeated Voevodsky's experiment on a larger scale, and concluded that Center High Mounted Stop Lamps (CHMSLs) reduce accidents and injuries. As a result, the NHTSA now requires all new cars (since 1986) and all new light trucks (since 1994) to have a third brake light. To see just how well the CHMSLs worked, the NHTSA has charted police-reported crash data from eight states, and has found that CHMSLs reduce rear impacts by 4.3%. Although less dramatic than the original findings, this finding means that since the CHMSL became standard equipment, there have been about 200,000 fewer crashes, 60,000 fewer injuries, and over $600 million in property damage saved every year — not to mention the lives saved. To put that in dollars and cents: for every dollar spent on manufacturing and installing the third brake light, $3.18 is saved.

This is not true. All they need to know is your car is a 1986 model. Furthermore, it's very possible that it wouldn't pass state inspection (provided your state performs these inspections) as they check that items such as brake lights are working.
The Hatch Lock on the other hand, i would not have shaved though.
If your battery dies.....with those shaved door handles you are fucked.
The hatch lock would enable you to key in and at least open the doors.
Clean work though. I like your car.
I am a fan of the bottom part of that rear bumper painted black (especially because you have black wheels).
EDIT: Throw a honda prelude 3rd brake up there.......and you are "legal" again.
