Welcome. Nice car. The problem may just be the clock not working... its like my car. It is an old car afterall. You look viet.

your clock is pretty easy. it has 4 wires that operate it.
1 fused power to the battery
2 fused power to the ignition switch
3 power lead to the light switch
4 ground
wire 1 should have power all the time even when the ignition is off and is for memory
wire 2 will have power when the ignition is in the ACC or ON positions and turns the clock on so you can see it
wire 3 signals the clock that it is dark out and dimms the clock so it isn't so bright at night
wire 4 is the ground
you have 2 fuses "ROOM" and "CIGAR"... I know cigar , go figure
check those for blown fuses
if those are ok, then you will need to step it up and buy a test light and do some simple testing

as for the clock, that sounds kind of complicated. ill check for blown fuses. and if it is broke, ill try buying another warning panel, and if that doesnt work, then i will give up on that. haah
