One, you wasted a lot of many on that intake. Two, it wasn't clear on what you were referring to when you said you weren't sure if it was s4 or s5. (the current motor/car or the coming motor) but as you sit now, you have a s4 car and engine.
I have never personally done the swap, but I'm 80% positive that there is no need to alter motor mounts between the s4 and s5 engines.
You need to get that A/C compressor out of there. It's not being used and it's heavy. Toss it. Along with all of the lines and condenser (looks like a miniature radiator in front of your radiator). If you feel like putting up with the hassle and no longer having a heater/defroster, you can also remove all of the A/C components under the dash.
IMO, get rid of the power steering as well. Lose the heavy *** pump, loop the lines on the rack or do the full modification(of converting the power steering rack into a manual rack) that can be found by searching or in the Archive. And no, I don't mean actually replacing the power steering rack with a manual rack as this would up the ratio and increase the number of revolutions of the steering wheel to actually turn the wheels. The 17 to 4 (or whatever) ratio power rack is the best for conversion. (compared to the 15 to whatever ratio power rack) (BTW the actual manual racks are 20 to whatever geared)
And then you can remove the bracket that the power steering pump and the A/C compressor are mounted to.
Paint it. Please paint it. The rims are fugly IMO, but do what you like as far as looks. Please steer away from rice. The RX7 was designed gorgeous. Don't ruin that.
I see some "back-yard" modifications/repairs in there. Examine those to see what the **** they are, if they're correct, why they're there, and fix them correctly with OEM parts or equivalent. ...............Never mind, I just remembered you said you bought a new motor.
You did get a T2 tranny right? They are different from N/A. N/A and T2 flywheels are also different in the way that the T2 flywheel is larger in diameter.
You will also need an s4 T2 wiring harness unless you plan on doing some cutting and splicing.
If you have bought a T2 motor, then you shouldn't need to buy a new turbo manifold. You will however need a down pipe and I don't believe the mid sections (or cat converter section) will bolt up. The cat-back SHOULD.
Get yourself some NGK plugs and wires. The injectors that will come with the new long block should be fine, but they may need replacing. You never know. Regardless, I would wait until you actually got the long block in hand before spending a bunch of money on things that may or may not need replacing. Spend your money on things you know you need to swap from N/A to T2. And if you're going to be using the OEM top mount intercooler, you need to get yourself a T2 hood. I recommend Corksport front mounts because they are more than fair priced and Corksport is a brand that I trust.

Yo- you got your hands cut out for you dawg...good luck- 7z arent hondas ( just an expression, dont take it heavly. I.E. dont be like you need to get new ecu and wire harness and mounts and tranny, this was just said to use as an example) where you can just swap from a d15 and drop in a b18 or some **** like that! Our cars take time and money, I'll check back from time to time and see how its coming along!
Best advice- do some research, look at a lot of the cars on this forum and use the search feature up top to look for things and people on this site ( knock on wood) always have what your lookin for in the for sale sections!
BUT- if you got the money to spend like that, buy from where ever you want! SHAKE AND BAKE

Is it just me or does ^^^ that guy sound like an announcer or what ever from Need for Speed Carbon or such games? Or Brooke Burke from Underground 2 (which BTW is still my favorite ever car game no matter how outdated it is now.)
