xbox needs more supported steering wheels.

The fanatec gt2 steering wheel *as seen in that video above* is probably the best comparable wheel for that system but it cost a pretty penny.

 

I want that porche licensed wheel they have. its got a clutch pedal, is more then 360 degrees, and had a 6 spd gear box thing that has force feedback in it (you can run it as a sequential too I think). its like $300 but man is it cool.

 

anyone buy this yet? Just released today, see if I can find a store that has it tonight.

 

I played it and they are wayyyyy of from the simulator they say it was supposed to be. still ok though...i guess... ill probably get bored fast though. totally not worth the 60+ bucks it costs. Once forza 4 comes out this fall ppl into real simulators will totally forget about this game. wait until cheap used ones pop up. until then your just wasting money. just my 0.02

 

honestly the last time i played NFS was Underground. I had an awesome civic with awesome chrome rims, with and AWESOME park bench. haha forza is where its at. Still wanna try this out tho...

 

I purchased this last night and I am very disappointed in the whole game. It may be just my disc but it has froze my xbox 5 times within 3 hours of play.I know it is not my xbox because I can play forza and all my other games strait for hours with no problem. Other than that the fc is non turbo, which kinda sucks. I will probly trade this in when forza4 comes out.

 

They have a thread going in the lounge about the game. The graphics look like they are worse than shift 1.

 

The modding community has started making mods for the PC version to correct stuff in the game that should have been done.. like fixed handling physics, remove the look to apex view, remove all the fictional track side billboards and tents and all that
