That's the cold start assist.
Toss that **** in the trash, lol.
I'm in Washington too, cold starts are fine without it.

Wasn't that a recall anyway?

Your supposed to fill it with coolant, and it will be injected into your engine when cold to help warm it up.

When i first got my 87 RX7 i didnt know what the hell that was and put windshield wipper fluid in it ... i felt pretty dump when someone told me that it was cold start assist., and like MR.goodnight said you dont need it even in WA state, I lived up there up until few years ago never had any issues starting in winter

vic i just realised where you live lol, I use to live in Kennewick of Tri-cities , im going to be moving back in the next year or two. I had a buddy and we would take our FC's out to Hastings and 395 on fridays when people would meet up for racing and what not , if you have any questions feel free to message me , always nice to see another Rotary owner in Tricities.

This forum has alot of useful info and most the people here are pretty cool , congrats on the FC and Good luck
