Full amemiya kit.
Depending on how much you want to spend, you could do as little as a volvo/626 lip, turbo hood, and lowering would help make it look meaner. Or go all out with a widebody and expensive wheels. Whats your budget??
IMO I like the s4 bumper better than the s5, as I don't find the stack of 4 lights/FTP on each side appealing.(even though I'm converting one of my s4's to a s5 body lol)

If your just want a better looking car, I'd go (in order):
1. Lowering springs-Cheap, lots of great manufacturers to choose from, 1 - 2 " drop depending on wheel selection, and drive ability needs. Will help with the stock FC's wheel gap problems, and slightly improve handling if you buy quality ones.
2. Wheels-This can run anywhere from $200 to $3000 and even beyond, depending on your budget. A good cheap option is to find either the BBS meshes that are found on the verts, or Ford Crown Vic sport meshes, but you will need to get tires to fit the 16" rims.
3. Front Lip-Again cheap. A few choices, you can either spend $100-$200 on a aftermarket one, Shine Auto has a few to choose from and are great quality. Or you can go rip one off of a car at a wrecker, cars to look for are 89 240SX pig nose (IMO my favorite looking lip on S4), Mazda 626, or Volvo 740 (these you can actually order new through a dealer for around $80).
These are all (can be) cheap, and easy mods to do to improve your cars look. Bodykits are a good choice too, but installation and paint can be costly.

This is the only picture i have of them. No motor in car = higher stance/shitty look. Makes me finally think they weren't bbs vert rims now.

hey man for real skip past the cheap stuff and just save for coil overs lip, s5 bumper, wheels, and paint if needed
I have wasted money trying to do the cheap stuff and it has cost me so much more.mine is a s4 na with coil overs, wheels with spacers to fit, lip and s5 wing
