My 1988 RX7 Vert

Well I figured I'd get a head start on my build thread (I hope this is the right area). Anyways I recently bought a red 88 RX7 vert for $1000. Has some cosmetic issues that I am currently dealing with. The convertible top was toast, but I was able to get a replacement rather quickly that needs only minor repairs and is in really good shape. The front driver side fender and head light cover needs replacing and I have gotten those already. Other then that the previous owner had done some really crappy things to the car, trying to make part of the interior have red accented parts, looked horrible, had to get a replacement steering wheel, need latch inserts, some of the trim parts are missing. The seats are definitely needing reupholstering, I actually rather like them because of the head rest speakers. I will take pictures of my ride tomorrow when it's day light. In the mean time I will post of my intended modification list that I will eventually complete.

"seats are definitely needing reupholstering"

Ebay full leather replacements for not that much. Give you have a red Vert, black leather with red stitching would pull all together well. If you search my name in this specific forum, you'll see pictures of my S5 Vert with that exact set up.

Good luck with your restore.

I'm actually having trouble finding decent seat covers that you are referring too.
