Mazda Rx-7 Turbo 2 - my you tube vid

Hello all,

I made a little vid of my 1988 Turbo 2 today, and put it up on my familys youtube account.
Its me driving around for about 10 mins, around the neighborhood and on the road a little.
Not a professional video, just a homemade kinda thing.

This is one of my collector cars, its a really special, stock and mint 1988 Turbo, black with grey interior.
The weather has finally turned for the better and got it out of the garage last week.
After a tough winter, as many of you know, its good to get driving again.

The video came out pretty good and was fun, so I thought I would share with fellow Rx-7 owners.

I will make another one and post tommorrow, of a good walk around of the car,
interior, exterior and engine bay.
Car is bone stock, with about 8k in Mazda OEM parts, not counting labor.
Camera makes whirring sounds and is kinda shaky but vids come out okay.

Thanks for the replys...
Grip - my car has 76k miles with 2k on new engine.
I bought about 300 new OEM parts from Mazda, for the engine, exterior, interior.
Most of them werent needed, I just like new shiny stuff, life is funny.,
It must be totally new and totally stock.
The car runs like a swiss watch.

Although black isnt my favorite color, its looks super.
I prefer the rare mazda gold, maybe someday I will repaint it all over again, ha

nice, mine has 45k miles, i love black, and the only thing i had to buy for mine were the FTP's because the factory ones from 87 werent in the greatest shape, but not that bad, mostly annoyed me.

You certainly have a beautiful car. Is your health an issue? You need to do a vid involving some spirited driving including some boosting of course.

Thanks for all the replys.
I am doing the yearly detail now, so will make a good walk around when its ready.
Hey Grip - is yours all stock also ?
Satch - I dont have health probs, Im in my mid 40's but feel like Im 21.
I feel spirited driving even when this car is standing still, ha.

Black looks good, but harder to keep looking its best.
Only a few small things left on it to do, air nix motor, wiper switch.
I might repaint the front bumper and do an 89-91 taillights, they look better, the only mod on the car.
Life is good.

That sucker needs to be red lined... Nice car though.

If you loved it you'd red line it!

There are many aspects of the Mazda Rx-7 ownership experience, besides redlining, which doesnt really impress me in any car.
I will keep it factory new all my life, thats love, ha.
Of course some day in my old age I will probably paint it gold, who knows...
