What brand of coupler you using Tweak. I use Vibrant. I alos do not use the type that are "balloned" in the center. Just good old fashion silicon couplers.

Losing motivation or not enough cash?

Start thinking outside the box. That will get you motivated.

I'm doing all sorts of crazy **** the forum looks down upon. I dont care. It's my car. I'll do what i want. People either like it or they dont....sort of like myself. You either like me or you dont. There is no happy medium.

Do what you want to your car....possibly go elsewhere for inspiration from time to time. RX7club is full of inspiration, no doubt but you're always going to have mixed opinions and the elite/pure rx7 owners are going to chime their 2cents in...... At the end of the day, it's your car and you should build it to seek your own approval.

if you need some motivation wait til you see mine when i get it done. but all i gotta say dont give up on that fc thats one of the cleanest s5 ive seen here in colorado and trust me you're gonna regret it!! but if you do decide to give up on it can buy that TII from ya? lol

edit: and oh yea 5k thats waay too much for a rebuild. im guessing you went to Precision here in denver. TII swap $2-3k at the most depending on what you want. if ya need i can help you on your rebuild if you do decide to go that route

why must we always debate this subject? As a person who owns both a V8 and a rotary FC I can say I love them both, the rotary is smooth and nice and all, but the V8 is just a ******* beast, V8+FC=great ******* car

Yep, went to precision. I was very interested about doin the TII and he said it'd start around $3,500, but could go up to 6k depending on issues and problems with the motor. So I already dropped the car off. Rebuild, street port, Apexi SAFC II, and LSD. I also just got some Yoko's for my wheels today. So I was just bein all pissy my engine blew. But I'm back on track and should be gettin my baby back hopefully in a couple weeks.

I'm so frickin excited! You all have no idea. Mainly just for the LSD. I hate open diffs! Stupid S5s!

Cool.
I'm dropping a 3rd gen V-8 swap off there tomorrow- if the weather cooperates- and I'll be sure to check your car out.
