lights no worky. Build a simple chassis harness?
Ok guys, I have ranted about my electrical problem in my drift build(hardly) thread. My Tailghts, marker lights, as well as Interior lights will not work.
My car has burned up 3 HL switches, now the harness from the HL switch all the way to the fuse box has melted the Green/White wire, and the Red/Black wire all the way to the firewall.
This problem started with popping the ILL fuse. Then switches, now wire melting.
Honeslty, ive just gone through and pulled fuses to where all this wiring goes, i dont want anymore voltage to run through them right now.
I would really like to just build a separate harness to run all my lights. i dont need the HL motors to work because im going to be kitting the car soon. (cutting stock bumber for now, much like Oilcover's) Im at a loss witht the stock wiring and want to run something simple, and easily mantained. any help is great!!
remember this is a drift car.. I just need lights for hooning about the town once in a while.
thanks guys!
Billy.
