its official, im back in the game. just picked up a 90 fc gxl with i pretty fucked engine and radiator. i got halfway home and there was smoke coming from the bottom of the radiator. has to be some random radiator, cause there is no fill neck and idk. anyways, it was smoking coolant, so i said "**** it, it still drives" got almost home and the heat temp read H, great, got home and the whole engine at this point is smoking off whatever is on it. threw some water on it and it was a pretty cool but smelly sight.
got it for 500$ bucks, ill post some pictures tomorrow. gunna transfere the title monday, till then, its just gunna sit and be good till i throw my old radiator in it and see it that works. if not, i need a halfshaft then ill have my t2 drivetrain back.
just wanted to announce that i got another 7, im back in the rotary game. not gunna mod it though, just fix ****, its gunna be my daily driver since the AC WORKS!!!!!

yup. thats the car, all in all, good deal. we talked for awhile and we worked out a deal where i smog and he fixes the title and everything associated with it.
btw, the wheels are inter_milano. i cant find crap on them, idk, gunna go with something else 18x10 17x8 stagger.

update:
put in gxl seats, they look awsome, replaced the blinker switch, my wiper switch doesnt work but the hazards do....... havent checked the CC switch, but the headlight switches work fine. what to do about those damned wipers?
oh, put on my tinted hatch, resoldered the afm (typical, buy a car with cuts and splices) need to repair the dash harness where the radio goes...any solutions? i want to use the original plugs but dont have a dash harness......
besides that, got the title today, just need to smog it.
all fees were paid prior to me buying the thing, so instead of 390$, it was only 24$ for the transfer fees and crap. i HATE the dmv.
gunna drop my old engine and drivetrain in, but need to replace the passengers side halfshaft
anyone got a stock exhaust? cats and all that they are willing to loan me till i smog it or sell me?

Looks good buddy. Other than the over heating and the "AWESOME" intake, seems like it'll be a good DD. Especially with your old T2 drive-train.

no anyways, no more chucky impressions.
heres the thing with the car, starting tearing the engine apart, only thing i had to do to it was resolder the afm, and i need to redo the dash harness at the stereo plugs. come to find out, i have the stock cats and such, just need to get the stock catback then throw my old drivetrain in it, smog it, then ill have a good DD. i think im going to rebuild the engine, and no, no engine fire cause there is 0 sign of fire, hell, the stock AC WORKED!!!!!!!
talking to the guy that i bought the car from for parts because he works at an auto parts store and gets stuff hella cheap! im hoping for ~80$ for a rebuilt t2 halfshaft. idk what im going to do for tires, i dont have that much money and i want to run a 18/17 stagger. and i have decided on a paint color, its called "arctic white", 20 bonus points if anyone can tell me what company used it on what specific series of cars and what year. i think bama might take it though!
ill take some pics of how the car looks now if i can find the batteries. i think my mom keeps taking them........................................:: shudders::

no idea. its about to get interesting. today i went to jack the car up and the pinch weld is next to flattened the whole way down. so, im gunna take a trip to my friends shop and see what she can do (frame machines are awsome in the right hands)
so, i found out it has ground control as i posted, but i think the front was done halfass. i think cut springs, but im not terribly sure, couldent get my jack under it and im too poor to get a lowpro jack.
im seriously leaning towards coilovers............
