Just bought an 87' TurboII !!!!

As the title states, I just bought my TurboII!! This Covid thing was NOT about to stop me from getting my dream car. My question is, I had a compression test done and everything sounded good mechanical wise. However, the vehicle has well over 130k miles and the engine has never been rebuilt.

How long until I should consider replacing the Apex Seals?
How long until I should consider pulling the engine and replace the coolant seals and doing The labor intensive work?

Anything helps, I am a new RX7 owner and am trying to learn as much as I can.

Congrats! Have any pics?

Replacing apex seals and coolant seals are both done during a complete rebuild, so I'd leave everything as-is if you're not burning coolant and you're making adequate compression. As long as it's running fine, I'd drive it through summer and think about doing the rebuild in the fall.
