Question Internet exterior build help

OK. I would like some advise on my 1986 rx7 base. I want to do like a classic look but retro at the same time. it has the ugly s4 tails and some graphic that the prev. owner had put on :\ its lame. i will have pics up also everything should be functional no pointless body kits or anything...just let me know please all opinions welcomed.

id say just a repaint... keep stock S4 tails cuz s5 on s4 looks worse in my opinion. Just add a nice lip to it, drop and some nice wide wheels and should be real nice. upgrade the headlights to h4 housing, put some nice bulbs in there.

If you are starting with a base car just getting the foot work together should kieep you busy just stay away from body kits.

Get the suspension work all done like some good struts. Turbo/convertible brakes and hubs things like that to get the handling up. Then possibly do a TII engine swap then it will all be functional.

check this out, pretty much stock body, but great wheels and stance:

so nice. You're going to get a lot of differing opinions on suspension brands, just shop around and read reviews.

Bride seats
Safety21 Roll cage
Zeal coilovers
ENDLESS brakes
Get some sick wheels too, and a paintjob.

IMO, as far as looks. Lower it, get a lip, get some nice wheels with good fitment and offset, then repaint it.

Great parts but if op is worried about $800 suspension parts I dont think some of these items will fit his budget...

OP are you going to post pics or what?
