So I went there this past week to IL, holy SH$T I have never driven on roads with that many potholes, particularly the Chicago area. There were potholes almost a foot deep in some areas! If I was driving the 7 over there, I think that would of been the death of it....

I don't know how you guys that live over there do it, it's like eventually you will hit one...

I can't see how you do it, I can image driving into one of those holes with a lowered car and ending up with really bad damage, or at least needing an alignment every week.

Hahaha, true, but trust me, there are no roads here that can come close to touching those in Chicago, we are spoiled! Not even the county roads are that bad!!! At least they fix them every year here, it seems like in IL they just build the road once and never touch it again

Lots of states compensate for damages caused by unmaintained roads, the problem is someone has to report it first, which no one will do until it causes damage.
