I agree that you need to learn how to drive. You were obviously ****** around on the wet pavement and lost it. No need to try and lie about it on a forum where half the people on here will know better. Sorry about the car, but either learn how to drive or dont drive. I doubt there was another silver fc on the road either dude. Anyways hope you learned your lesson!

Well anyone with half a brain can tell you that it didnt happen from hydroplaning. Some of us were just pointing that out.

From the looks I doubt it was because of your camber

Were you able to feel the car pull/suddenly slow due to water on the road? If you ever feel that, beware while driving light weight cars like rx7's, they hydroplane very very easy

I have 3 times, luckily going straight.

i was just changing lanes to the right as i was accelerating in 4th and then the back end wiggled lost traction and shot out to the left. i was 90 degrees to the road b4 i had any time to react. i tried to counter steer, but by that time it was too late.

the bridge where it happened curves and causes the water to run down along the road. when i changed lanes i drove thru one of those "streams" of water. if thats not hydroplanning i dont know what is.

hey guys come on some of you are a lil rough on him.. a wrecked enthusiast FC is still a sad sight.
Rear wheel drive sports cars with aggressive suspension and sports tires arent exactly the most ideal in rain conditions, usually very twitchy on wet freeways, esp when the water puddles up.

i agree with hypertek.. i wrecked a miata on a bridge as well. i was going 20 under the posted speed limit of 65 and all it took was a strong cross wind to push the rear end out from under me.. it was a single car wreck and and it wasnt my fault... although im thinking the semi that flew past me at about 75 had something to do with it. but still unless you were the one driving the car you have no right to rag on this guy for something that he may more may not have caused

thanks guys i appreciate the support. and trust me 87 t-66, i wasnt buying those wheels for how good they were. they're cheap, look good and came in a descent offset. theres nothing i want more then a set of te-37s some day, but right now i cant justify spending $3000 cdn on wheels.

ohh I was in the car with my dad when that happened before, probably got your rear tire, the front hit one of those and it pulled the car 2 feet to the left instantly, if the road wasnt just a straight away and didnt have decent gravel on the side of the road, probably woulda been an accident

I agree with this as well.
No one knows what really happened but him.

I'm really sorry to see what happened to this car! It was really good looking! Looked like he took care of it. Regardless if it was an NA, it's still a wrecked 7.
