I understand the OP's excitment, but I also agree, be careful. When I first bought my FD, I spun out in the rain and ended up in the grass once and spun out again another time, both in the rain. From now on I always drive slower then everybody else in the rain in the slow lane lol

And I KNOW your gonna get on it, I think we all know that. When you do, make sure its fully warmed up and, dont abuse it too much, or do any burn outs, its not your car. If your gonna be driving it everyday, CHECK THE OIL ONCE DURING THE WEEK. Not sure if you know or not, but these cars burn oil by design, and they burn more if you run it hard, top it off when needed. I think you'll be fine, just make sure to respect the owner, and take care of it, even if the owner doesnt
