And I thought I was bad, owned seven scrapped five not by choice necessarily I'm 37 and I bought my first when I was 19 and I still own it. I've owned a lot of cars(around 40)but for me nothing really compares to the FC. Some great stories in this thread guys!

It must be difficult work considering that your governor doesn't believe in the basic science of your profession.

We manage to get our jobs done, but the 30% budget slash before I arrived surely didn't help. I think he has at least started to see the light a little as far as environmentalism is concerned. But he will never fully come around. After all, he is "not a scientist."

In Texas, we don't have any Hydro to ology.

Over half a decade of drought doesn't help. Oh, and those ******* Zebra Mussels.

29 - I work in IT and GIS.

Starting a family does not end owning an RX7. Only change I had was that my Wife no longer rides with me, my Son does. Does not seem too many people use their RX7 for a daily, seems most of us already have them as secondary/pleasure vehicles.

When we found out my wife was pregnant, and "not ready" for it I told her if the budget gets tight and stuff needs to be sold, the car is not up for negotiation because it isnt going anywhere. Almost 4 years later and we've never had any issues even with purchasing our first house.

No pics of my gold 86 gxl with red velour interior. I was so poor I didn't own a camera. No pic of my 90 base It was white. Here's pics of a couple others. Not great pics but that's it.

Yes... It takes two pilots to operate an airliner. If you get a chance, look in the cockpit
and you'll see two of us up there.
We take turns flying and non-flying duties every other flight.
The aircraft is certified as a two pilot flight crew. Mandatory.

Below is a pic of the speeds our aircraft can reach. 632kts over the ground is 726mph.

Cheers.
