I "rep" my rotary pride by always keeping the car clean, showing up at local shows and talking to people in a respectful way and not driving like a douche.
Bashing on other engines is fun in the shop with your friends, but out in public and at car shows it serves no purpose other then make the basher look like an idiot kid. Providing real and interesting information is the way to go because then you actually get car people interested. Non-car people couldn't care less and don't want to be bothered about it.
I have a few rotary shirts that I wear with the "NO PISTONS" logo and a few other rotary related drawings.
Also I have this:

Evangelizing about the rotary is as annoying to others as people evangelizing about piston engines to us. Be subtle and respectful.

I modified the timing diagram that used to be available on the RotaryEngineIllustrated website. Before all the images on their site broke, that is...
People who are passionate about cars will always have a clean car, or try to. If its a work in progress, thats fine.
If your gonna work years for your car, or talk alot of game, better come up with a clean car to represent that hard work, otherwise you pretty much dam wasted your time and gas money pushing that busted rx7 around. Im not saying that towards anybody, but ive seen people do that because they decided to make a certain car their everything.
I had a friend who swore oldass toyotas where the best cars in the world, but when you see his cars, they look like crap and are falling apart/not running. So if your gonna rep that, at least have some decent whip to back it up.

Holy **** I can't believe this thread is still alive.
@Aaron - Sick tat! Your comment was well said. I don't preach or evangelize either. I'm just proud to be a rotary owner and show it; I try to appreciate all things automotive.

I rep by giving my Nephews Rx7 related presents for christmas/birthdays. Ask my little nephew David what the fastest car in the world is? He'll say Rx7... The first time I asked him he said Mustang... probably because of his Mexican step father
. I had to correct him.
The first nephew to get his permit/license is going to get whatever extra Rx7 I have sitting around.
