esp when people post up threads about "hey do you think this car is worth $700".. "no id only give $200 for it" lol

 

well the damage is concider over 5500 dollars the blue book on a fully loaded gxl is 5800, with the mods probably bump it up to 7000 to 8000, they'll probably give me 80% of the value of the parts, cuz how new the parts are and engine. reasons to keep the recites kids then my lost wages for the weekend 200ish. I got to find 3 rx7's in save modified levels which I've been seeing for ruffly 6k to 7k with in 100miles from here. Then the buy back from the insurance co. will be probably around the ball park of 500ish. The fact that it drove off the accident scene I'll be able to go straight to DMV and skip having to have it inspected by state patrol. Thankfully State of Washington is very leanent on inspections, we don't have state inspection and only about 5 counties have emissions.

The NW mustang club will probably be painting the car once I get two new fenders for it. Anyone with S5 Turbo2, GT-X or GT-R fenders hit me up please. that and I still gotta find S5 molding for my new door. then ready for paint.

Saddly this is the 2nd time I've been hit in a 6month period. My B2K got totaled out due to the bed getting hit. I got a 4x4 bed for 100 dollars and just gotta bolt that on. That acident paid for the RX7. haha Like I keep on saying sure give me a few thousand and a salvage title, I'll take the money. means I afford to do the stuff I want to do the RX or buy a 2nd RX7 maybe find someone selling a 3rd gen for cheap.

 

they are optimistic about the price for your car and you are lucky they are considering the modifications in the inusrance payout. looks like your day got a bit better

 

Nope got worse. My ******* insurance company decided there gonna pay out on the other guys **** and put up flags with his and then they decided that there gonna hold off on paying me out til they can get a hold of the witness. I hate insurance companies.

On the other side at least the RX isn't totaled. Haha

 

It was absolutely horrible when i got in my wreck. Some lady in a suburban decides to try and punch in through a busy street clipping a mustang and causing a 4 car accident. She didn't want to be late for her dentist appointment... Insurance put that I was following too close when that WASNT the case. Ever since then I've decided I absolutely HATE insurance companies.

 

What pisses me off is that his insuarce declared it his fault be fore mine decided to fix his **** anyways. reasons to hate progressive. there ******* useless.

 

I just switched to progressive after state farm tried f*cking me.

I actually got lucky and didn't damage the hinge points on the frame. the door bolted on perfectly. Only problem is the s4 hinges that are on the door are sagging a little bit.

 

no way! consider yourself super lucky. the saggy door aint too bad. Probably the pin just got a little bent. Awesome sorry tho man

 

Door almost painted to as close as it's gonna get black. now still need S5 molding but can live with it till the Vinyl Wrap gets put on the car. Looks fairly close to the original colour.
