First Encounter with a T2!What motor Should I get?!

So I was getting off work last night (friday) and Im a little tired and grouchy because being a salesman can get like that at times. So I get in my girls 91 mustang and start driving out of my parking lot and was getting onto the "strip" in which all the cars drive on and so Im in the process of making a right when all I hear is the ROARtry sound and turn my head real fast and saw a B-E-A-U-TIFUL Black Turbo2 S5 Rx7 (assumed s5 because of the tails) and my mouth dropped!

So Im trying to pull up next to him in this boat which was nearly impossible because he was flying! When I finally caught up to him, he assumed I wanted to race him and hes all down shifting and whatnot and Im trying to wave my hand for him to stop and he just nails it! When I say nails it, he nails it! At least I thought he did and the buster took off! Im like- "WOW my N/A is not gonna cut it unless I street port it and go all out!"

I finally get next to him and yell, "My motor blew month- I got a 87 GXL" he replies, "it happens!" and jetted off!

So I am getting my tax return this week and its hopefully going to be nice- nice enough to buy a motor! Im really interested in purchasing a T2 motor and go from there!

Im going to have about 1200 or so to play around with- should I rebuild and streetport my blown s4 motor? (coolant seal went out) Would I really be able to produce some numbers on the dyno with an N/A car as compared to a SEMI- modded T2?

I've jumping around but if there is a way to make 210 rwhp or more on a N/A- I will probably do that but if its gonna cost two arms and a leg? Is it really worth it?

Just felt like posting on here before I go to a friends house to watch UNC kick some BUTT!

Any comments- feel free Thanks People

dont think theres anyway your gonna make 210 hp with an na

best way is to go turbo but your budget might go a little over and thats if you do all your own work

i don't know if it's cheap or not, because i haven't looked into usual pricing on things, but at this site.
https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/can-i-turn-car-743158/page2/
they have a t2 motor with pretty much everything minus the ecu and wiring harness for $890 - s/h

it looked like a good deal.
or any of the tt motors for around $1200.
