Finally, s5 tails!

Got a great deal on them. $147 shipped on ebay. Only a couple small chips on them. I have a full s5 molding kit and front bumper coming as well.

and anyone paying $250 is getting ripped off as well. un-chipped s5 tails can easily be had for $160. i need to sell mine if people are paying $250.

$125 plus shipping seems like a decent deal to me. Go on ebay or search this forum right now and find a better deal. The 2 chips are on the black bottom part and are not even noticable since they are so small.. Anyway...

That's just lucky being near people who don't know what they have or the demand, that has nothing to do with an actual object's value. I saw an Rx-7 in a junk yard with S5 tails and I stopped to ask them how much. They thought they ripped me off at $105 for the pair(I could tell they were smirking) but I left happy. I'd say expect to pay $150 for a good pair of S5 tails that are priced fairly. to the OP, it's looking good and good deal.

I think they look good.. I need your stock tails to modify... Once you do the s5 conversion it will look great.. But one question.. Why didn't you buy the S5 conversion from me?? I have everything you bought...

I have the tail lights and the molding is on the way via UPS. I'm bidding on a front bumper with FTP and turn signals included. Unless you could cut a deal on the front and rear bumpers?? I didn;t even know you had it.

I'd sell or trade the tails that came off the white car... Driver side has a couple cracks (the one you threw in the turd when I picked it up).

Yeah, I have a mint set of white S5 front and rear bumpers.. But I like them a lot.. I have a feeling this T2 will be my last FC for a while so I may get rid of them..

But I want a little more then most would like to spend.. Basically $250 for the set...

I may take you up in a couple weeks. Shipping for the 2 bumpers alone is up to $100. Lenses, lip, or FTPs intact by chance?

You know, I do not know what the big deal is about the S5 tails. Granted, I have a set on my S4 car...and I like them. However, what makes them so much better than the S4 tails? I can tell you a lot of it is probably because 95% of S4 tails look like *** from the years of elemental abuse. If they looked brand new again I'm sure people wouldn't be as keen on swapping them for the cleaner, less worn looking S5 tails.

A lot of it is the circles in the S5s that change the look of the car especially at night, most people probably remember them from Initial D. They also look more modern than the S4s', I think its just preference. Look at rotarybeat1287's car with the clean S4s, they look great.

Yeah... I was selling them for like $350 shipped...

No bumper lights (but know where some s5s are, or FTP's (but they are the same as s4 so yours wil work)... Sold the lip.. I was going to buy a shine lip..

I've been pondering taking the Sport package off and throwing a really good deep black paint job on it all... Instead of the rubberized OEM look. What do you think??

I know where a cool set of 16x7 meshies are you could hit the centers black too... $250 takes them home....
