Just curious does normal flame shooting hurt your paint ever or is it only when its excesive like in the previous fd lol.

here is what happened to mine while i had a 3 1/2 system with single chamber flow master and a 4" tip. im bac to normal exhast again. yes i know one tail looks 10AE the other doen't i disassembled an extra set of S4 tails and made some home hade 10AE tails.

the opening on the left is perfect the one on the right was burn to all hell and creation.

I used to run a Bonez resonated straight pipe. I now run a Bonez high flow cat so no more flames. I did that because cops could easily tell I wasn't running a cat. I do miss the loud pops and the flames though. It works great on tailgaters!

i was violating noise ordinance with mine n(no emmisions) buit nothing says get of my tasil like a fire ball.

my friends bought that JDM FD to part it out and sell it back with a rebuilted 100% stock engine, stock body (they threw the body kit in the garbage, they had a stupid crooked rx9 badge.. stupid Japanese ricers....)

turns out the car had a Streetported Rebuilt from MAKERS RACING JAPAN with 2mm seals and a gt35r ball bearing, power fc and a lot of other goodies.

I gutted all 3 of my cats. I can now get it to backfire, but no fireballs/flames. Is it because I still have the actuator hose hooked up on the cat? Does that hose push O2 from the air pump through the main cat in addition to actuating the ports?

i have 3" from the turbo back and some other stuff with stock turbo and mine wont throw flames. kinda disappointing in a way.
