Thumbs up Eh, How much is my car worth?

Hey guys, I've been thinking about selling my 91' so I figured I'd ask.
Here's the deal,
The car is an original 1991 Turbo, There is 84K on the Body and drivetrain.
Red with Black interior. Exterior is Stock except for a Black Odula lip, JDM Folding mirrors, and it has the OEM Mazda Sunroof wind deflector.
Body waxes up nice, but it needs paint to be perfect, It's clean with no dents and it's never been in a fender bender.
Interior is intact, and in great shape. There's no broken bits and everything works, the rear cargo cover is in near perfect shape as well. I did put GTUs seats in it because the leather seats were missing.
The ABS works.

The engine is great, starts up first time every time, you don't have to sit on it backwards and turn the key. It revs extermemly smooth and quick, The trans is also extremely smooth.
Mods are:
HKS Turbo Timer
Oldschool Racing Beat manual boost controller
Innovate LC-1 Wideband Guage is in an ashtray pod.
Rtek 1.5 the OMP is cut and I run premix
HKS BOV
ACV is blocked off.
3" Turboback exhaust
Tilton Twin disc clutch w/ LW flywheel
Tokico Illuminas W/ RB springs.
Koyo Rad w/ a Taurus 3800 CFM fan on a Thermostat.

The Bad:
The Transmission is leaking between the mid and tail sections.
AC does NOT work, a pipe is missing. I Think I have it, it has a pinhole in it.
The alarm works Intermittently. I think there's a dirty contact, it works when I got the car.
It also needs rear tires, I roasted them out FAST with the new clutch beacuse I live on a hill.
I little bit of rust in 2 places. On the spare tire well, and a small hole in the floor on the passenger side I'm getting repaired.

All the work is well done, and when the car is cleanedup it looks good.
What's it worth? I Haven't been driving it because of the trans leak, and I'm not going to have time to fix it for a while so I'm toying selling it as it sits.

Also, How often do you see REAL 91 Turbo's for sale, and does anyone know the import US Spec beuild numbers?

I don't have any great pics, but you can see it next to my old GTI here:

I autocrossed it once on stock supsension with the lip off here:

fix the transmission and you should be able to get $3500-$4000 if the rust isnt too bad

Agreed. 91 Turbo speaks volumes. VERY few of these in the states, probably less than 90 right? However, rust. Big no no, no matter how little. As far as a little problem: "This doesn't work, that doesn't work". Only becomes more serious. Modifications do nothing to increase resale value IMO. Most people may be concerned with originality rather than mods in a car like this. At least I know I am. However, 84k miles is pretty low. I would high-ball the sell price at 5k and take what you can under that.

I think this thing is going to stay covered up for a while. I've gotta fix it to get my money out of it. It just pisses me off to have it sitting around, then when I take it around the block I love it all over again.
I wish I never bought it, but It was a 91' Turbo so I jumped in.

I screwed myself by having too many vehicles and not enough cash to do what I want. My wife has an Audi as well. That thing is a ******* money pit.

Thanks for the input so far guys. I think some of you don't really know about how tough finding an original 91' Turbo is though.
Everyone has swapped 91' GTU's
