hello all just got a set of seat covers for my 90 convertible from ebay i will be putting them on this week. I just got hog rings and Ring Pliers i will take photos and post then of the job if some one can tell me how to post photos on this site ? I was also thinking some one can tell me if they have put seat covers on befor and how hard it is. thank you all

 

To post pics, save it to photobucket, and copy and past html, or go to "go advanced" at the bottom, and upload it.

I put autozone seat covers on. I'm not a pro, so its like covering a prize with a blanket.

I re-skinned our Vert seats. It is a job I will never do again, I will pay an upholstery shop to do. They came out great, it just took 3 full days of wrestling with the seats.

no,i got them with a buy it now a good deal $400.00. look good!! i will post photos . just did the head rest , this is a lot of work hog rings r a bitch !!!

 

We got ours for $120-ish from one of the few times that they actually put them on an auction starting at $99. Then I had to buy matching ebrake and shift boots along with the Momo wheel

 

did you get that from redline? did you get the matching center console cover?

 

Yes, bought the boots from Redline. Not keen on the console cover, bought a brand new center console/armrest/switch plate and buttons from Mazda though. That was stupidly expensive.

 

i need the higher arm rest with my new seats, i ordered the center console lid cover, I guess if I dont like it I just wont put it on, thinking I might be able to have my upholstry shop make it higher

 

I don't know, how about just buying the taller lid cover?

 

hard to come by, someone local had the whole center, with the higher armrest for $75, I should have checked it out.
