Talked to my friend who does body work. I can't use the etching primer over paint. It's made to bond to bare metal...which is what I expected him to say.
I thought of doing the front cover a different color. Maybe do it aluminum or copper. I've got a spare N/A front cover. I'll put a light coat of copper on it and see how I like it.

I changed things up. Found a place to powder coat for real cheap....the quality on some of the pieces isn't great but I'm not stressed over it. Got everything done for $70.
I wanted to keep the intakes copper, but they were limited on their colors. It's an industrial place so they don't have much on selection. I decided that a more durable black is better than a rattlecan copper. I changed the front cover cause I didn't want EVERYTHING black. That and silver mixes alot better with all the parts that aren't powdercoated.
My camera's battery died on me so I've gotta wait to upload more pics. Water pump housing is silver. TID silver. Turbo charge pipe silver. All the pulleys are black.
