+1 its quiet i suppose as its just two guys talking as they go through everything with all tolerences and torque settings. be prepared for mono-tone speech which makes it drag on a bit but the information is spot on and awesome to know and follow.
and if you get bored switch to special features to watch cosmos and such doing skids then return to the video.

mazdatrix dvd is a good start, can't go wrong with that. I also have the atkins dvd which is good too.. Than there is Aaroncake's youtube videos, which I learned from his vids as well..
But I suggest picking up the mazdatrix video, then for the others you can just see clips online. Pick up a Haynes manual for torque specs and measuring tolerances etc
