is this deal worth it?

he approached ma and wants to trade this for my 06 hayabusa that i dont have a ton of money into...
i dont know much about rotary but always loved them cuz their sound and power..
so i hope this is the right section to ask this....

nope... if you dont know the rotary, then buying someone else project is not the way to go... if you want to learn, find a cheap n/a fc and go from there.
