Custom fc turbo manifold pics!

Just got my custom 13bt exhaust manifold built and ceramic coated! I wanted shorter waste gate runners for better spool and response, plus due to my H-mount intercooler my radiator sits angled back and all the aftermarket manifolds i found placed the turbo too close to the front of the car making no room for a filter on the intake of the turbo.

New custom manifold places the turbo sunken down in the engine bay and dead center of the exhaust ports. Its a steel manifold fully divided t4 flange with v band for 50mm waste gate. Cant wait to get my car running and test this baby out!

when you said steel i hope you meant stainless steel, and considering i weld for a living, i would be kinda worried about the under cut on those welds there should have been another pass layed on top of those welds, a concaved weld like that would fail a certification test.

Can you post up some pics of your H mount. I have an H mount too, and it would be cool to see how you did yours.

We all know some things and one of the things is it's not how you stand by your car........

Lucky guess? That's what i would have made mine out of. I'd smooth out the twin scroll a bit more but it's not necessary. That thing will probably NEVER crack.

I still have all of that old pipeing and solid custom upper radiator pipe is intrested...

I had 49 industries relocate the water neck on my koyo to closer to the middle of my rad and he also angled the stock water neck on the water pump so all i will need is just a straight tube and it will not have any crazy bends like my old set up....

Ah I remember seeing that before. Similar to BlueTII's setup. I remember that green manifold.
