Yes yes, I know, its a 10th AE and its Camo. I have plans on one day painting it back to Crystal White but right now, I like this.

#1 is a pic from a pit stop on my way to Garland, TX, to get tuned by Chris. Thats the first time I've ever driven through snow and it was beautiful.

#2 is from a recent RX-7 Club of Houston meeting. Anyone recognize the FD?

One day (holds breath), I will paint it back. This started out as temporary paint since the original paint was chipping everywhere. Its still temporary because so many damn people ding the car that I would have a million little scratches everywhere by now.

Dude...I know you think camo paint is cool...and Im sure you can out run all the non turbo FCs on this forum...but having that paint job on a collector's edition FC...is really stupid..like....realllllllllllyy stupid...

 

Yeah collectors edition blah blah blah...its only worth what I would sell it for and I don't plan on selling it. You ever see those model train/car/plane guys that leave their models in a display case forever. Now IMO thats just dumb.

 

Not disputing that at all..and apologies..cause I came off as sounding really rude....what I meant was this...for people who don't have tons of money (me)...the 10AE is a dreamcar...is a combo of exclusiveness and power....and its the ONLY S4 I'll ever touch again....I just personally think what makes it cool is the paintjob....now....you are right...having something locked up in a display case is dumb...and it is worth only what you sell it for....but...BUT..wouldnt you rather have a car that doesnt stand out....I dunno..I'm impressed with the paintjob tho..I'll give you that..and you have major ***** to begin with...lol..its just that for a younger guy like me...the 10AE isnt a 10AE without white paint...lol...but agree to disagree mate..

I dont likeit but its about time someone with a 10th A.E. did something differnt then white. Theres so many white FC's its rediculous.

i too own an AE and i know first hand just how shitty crystal white paint is. personally i think it looks cool, regardless of it being an AE. like you said, someday you will paint it back. it's not like this paintjob is going to lower the value once he paints it back.. people need to stop being so uptight lol.
