Considering selling my sport undertray.

Like the title says, I'm considering it. I'm on the fence about it. The money made from it would go towards getting an S4 turbo rearend.

Opinions?

Nah, not a ton. But I'm not giving it away. Like I said, it's going to HELP pay, not completely pay. Haha

Back in the day, I used to crumple those up and throw them in the trash..... Back before I realized there was $ in parting these things out.. I used to toss the catalytic converters in the trash... DOH!

I'd honestly not like to sell it. But the truth is, I'll probably never use it. But I do want the full sport kit, if only the lip was readily available ANYWHERE.

And I was parting out an entire car that was rotted to pieces, I sold maybe 8 items, and the rest people said they wanted then made 100 excuses as to why they couldn't get them week to week.

And I never priced anything high and always shipped quickly. I hauled almost 1200 pounds of things people "needed" to the scrap yard because I just didn't have the space to keep it.

Oh noooo, I've got the aluminum undertray, and the wing. All I'd need is the lip and the side aero. I had a chance to get the side pieces for very cheap. Sadly I didn't though.

There stock 87 wheels. 2 back tires are like new, needs 2 front. 1 is decent, the other one blew out at roughly 137mph on the highway.

Big aluminum piece that goes underneath the oil pan area. I've always called them a skid plate, but I know that's not right haha

Mine might still be for sale. If that wheel had a blowout at 135, it may be rough as hell.

we (friends)/I threw out a rear auto counter weight when we had to swap a running motor (from an auto) into his car (a manual with a blown motor).

Yea I got one on ebay for $35 shipped from apex auto parts. I'd say keep it man- I've got an '88 SE with full aero, wing/front/side/undertray as well as a 87 sport with all the aero too (though the car didn't come with ANY aero aside from the wing when we got it)

Keep it!
