Arrow Clean Ebay FMIC install pictures?

wondering if there is anybody out there with a Ebay FMIC that is installed without a ton of hacking to the bumper not really my style. The price is right, but it is a large intercooler and i want to know before i buy one if im going to have to ruin the front bumper or if it can be installed nicely.

Thanks
Shane

It all depends on what type and size the core is, where exactly you want to mount it, what piping design you use and which bumper you have. The bigger the core the more likely you are to run out of room. Obviously you would have to do some measuring and figure out which core you need and where to mount it. As long as you can plumb the pipes you can literally mount it anywhere, though some choices will be better than other. Factors like pipe size, pipe routing, engine accessories, turbo orientation, etc... all come into play to determine your boost response and cooling efficiency of the intercooler setup. I am not a fan of FMIC for my own reasons and chose to go VMIC.

Just make sure you got the cooling system in your car running good because man that big *** thing blocks the hell out of the radiator. My car started running hot after install so get a good fan and radiator.

Here are some pics of my setup i had to modify some piping because of my rmagic manifold and aftermarket turbo. I like the intercooler but how i said it did make my car run a little hotter at first so i bought a better fan but to be honest i havent had to much time to try it out as its currently having a Haltech installed. When i did run it, it ran great on the highway because it was getting air but in the city it sucked. It was a little scary seeing the temperature go up lol still gotta see how the new fan holds up and I'm working on a undertray because when i bought the car it didnt have the stock one. i know the engine bay is dirty lol w/e.

At the time i had the AFM relocated to the front behind the front bumper to hide that ugly big *** AFM lol. Now its in the process of being removed because of the haltech I'm getting installed
