Bronze painted s5 T2 wheels anyone?

I was thinking of painting my s5 T2 wheels on my 90 GXL. The car is Crystal White so I thought bronze would really pop. Has anyone done it before? I've seen black and gunmetal, and even white (which looked great on a white car, but would presumably be a royal pain to keep clean), but never bronze.

Meh. Keep it stock. It really doesn't look bad at all.

Bronze or Gold would seem a color for a Red car IMO.

But, more important, because of all the nooks and cranny's on those mesh type wheels, I would not go paint as it would chip, chip, and chip some more and be a pain to keep up on.

I painted them Duplicolor silver 3 years ago a few months after these pictures and they still look good. No chips. I've painted several wheels and never had chips. You have to make sure they are degreased and sand the spokes. Primer helps.

All silver, all black, all white i think has a different look than all bronze. If it could be broken up with some machine or black finish it would look a little better

I think bronze would look good. But then again, just about any wheel would look good on that clean white FC.
Nice car. As long as you don't do some crazy color like green or red you can't lose.
