Arctic silver thread???

Best pic I have before I put on a bunch of mis-matched colored body stuff. It will get painted, just not silver...
*looks through this thread*...
Although keeping it the original color would be cool, just needs some metallic flake...hmmm.

I must say that I am a big fan of silver now. I just bought a 2001 Dodge Ram in silver and it makes the subtle curves of the Ram stand out lol...so I cant imagine what it does for our FC's body lines. Plus it never looks dirty!!!
I was thinking of doing the blue harbor metallic off the s5's whenever I get my car painted but this thread makes me want to do the silver. It actually came in this silver but I never saw it due to the camo paint was on it when I bought the car and I just painted it black to get it back to one color.
My very first one, back in 2005!

Crashed it about a month after buying, & sold it.
But then...

Got this back in July of this year, true late 87 sport model!!! $1000, runs. Will be doing a full restore on it, once I buy a house. I've already begun collecting the "unobtanium" parts for it- full front aero lip, the aluminum belly pan, brand new defroster vents, stock radio, and the pinnicle- a pacific glass sunroof. Can't wait!
But then, in October, ANOTHER artic silver popped up for sale, this one AlSO a late '87 sport too!! $600,

Looks ROUGH, and it is. BUT!!! The interior is totally complete & well kept (1 lady owner), and the "gift" of the whole car is a flawless running 25K mazda reman'd 13B... can you say BRAND NEW ENGINE? haha. Plans are to do a total restore on this car as well, and yes, I've got my un-obtanium lis going too:
non rusted sunroof panel, 2 great condition artic fenders, an artic ALUMINUM hood, front aero, stock radio, aluminum belly pan...
I'll be starting threads on both these cars plus the other handful I'll be doing total restores on once I purchase this house. (short sale, aka, LONG time until sale).
Lets see some more pics of other artics!!
