Anyone fab up their own intercooler?
Just curious if anyone has bought a bare intercooler core and made some end tanks and if they had any real issues or things I should know.
I would like to make a tmic, and would like to try out my new tig welder rather than buy an ARC or HKS.
Any pictures?

If this is your first TIG project, practice on something else. Welding to cores can be kind of funky so not a good first project.
