Am I the only one?
Who honestly does not like 90% of the body kits/exterior modifications RE-Amemiya makes?
Everyone always ***** bricks over cars with RE kits and I really cannot stand how most of them look.
Soooooo, in an effort to see if there is any hope for me liking RE-Amemiya's body work, post some pics of FCs with RE-Amemiya **** on em'!
Disclamer: I really love RE-Amemiya as a company and a professional rx7 tuning company.
Sidenote: veilside on the other hand has never made anything good for the rx7 and I hope they all die.

I use to think that way to, actually iv detested about 90% of the worlds aero market for any vehicle maker. Anything OEM looks good and doesnt need anything done to it but just a good paint job and decent wheels.
Then when i found out function vs form, and took my stance in the ideals of function over form...i found that many things that i would normally find ugly, seemed full of win.
I find this a good mix between form and function

I hate pretty much any body kit on a fc as another member pointed out, I hate on others fcs but post nooby thread lmao!
OP, your sig pic I'd say looks gret except the side skirts, love the bumper but I don't like where the sideskirt just seems to go flat where the door starts, also the flat bulky look at the bottom doesn't attract me.
Am I hating on your car? I don't feel so
As WingsofWar said function over form, I don't see a bulk body kit helping in function, maybe a better bumper and rear diffuser, etc.

I think the picture in my sig is a little discieving, the angle and the low quality photo (damn sig file size limits) may be distorting it. It looks much better in person haha

I think everyone has their own opinions about bodykits. Just run through some threads and you'll see that the members here run the gamut in terms of function, form, etc. I personally think RE Amemiya make great parts but there are other companies that make parts that are equal in terms of function. That being said here are some pics of my FC...Enjoy.

cwest i saw your car parked outside of the boso garage grand opening, i like it *thumbs up*
ePH C freak in my opinion has one of the cleanest FCs. The wheels and stance make or break a car, and his is done nicely.
Alot of the RE stuff looks like its from the 90s when FCs where in thier target audience, and now they concentrate more on FDs so they dont particularly design new stuff for the fc.
One of my favorites, the whole car.

Diggen the widebody and sideskirts, but the headlights just kill it all for me.
Also I really cannot tell if I like that wing or not...if it was just a little shorter ahhhhhh

I bought the car like that and any money I had was going into getting it running 100%.
I think the engine is more important than the wheels but if you guys feel differently.....****, youre more ricers than i am!
Annnd im buying wheels this week haha
I bought the car mostly for the body work already done because I ******* hate body work with a firey burning passion. The car had a few problems with it and I figured having a running car with shitty wheels is better than a non running one with baller wheels

Me personally, I really like the stock pop-up head lights. Any other head light kit looks like garbage. EXCEPT for the RE-A kit. It's the only flush mount head light kit that I like. Come to think of it, I don't think there are many other kits like that anyway!

well rested,buffet o food
cwest fc3s badassness. I like most products offered by re amemiya just not that shopping cart looking wing thing and the prices. Very tasteful for the most part though.
hate on.
