NJ 91 Build (long overdue)

I thought id post my build for a friend of mine that ive been working on.

Even tho the build has been going on since last yr.. I never had the photos so i couldnt post em up. So here are the pics . They're off my camera fone which i just found again. Its pretty much a s4 TII swap into an s5. Crazy right lol. Got it for a great price and came with pretty much everything but the s4 shell. Previous owner said the motor had a large aggressive street port with bnr stage 1 hybrid turbo.

Car was completely stripped to bare shell. Mostly all components removed to clean everything. Interior gutted to redo the sound deadening.

Engine/trans:
s4 t2 large agressive street port
bnr stage 2 hybrid turbo
rtek 1.8
large fmic (unknown brand.. was given to me lol)
Ported throttle body
Rats nest removed
Stage 2 exedy clutch
Racing beat cat back
3 inch dp to test pipe
hks bypass valve
Orc ss clutch line

Suspension:
Super now lateral control link bars
Super now camber control main links
Super now camber control sub link rod
Super now front arm rear are pillow bushing
Super now super angle tie rod end set
Racing beat front and rear Sway bars
Racing beat front and rear endlinks
Mazdatrix dts eliminators
Tein Super drift coilovers
Tein EDFC
ss brake lines
cross drilled/slotted rotors

Super now solid engine mounts, trans mount, and rear diff mounts.

Exterior
Fc2000 full body kit (Shine auto)
Not sure if we keeping the rear bumper add ons. Might just replace it with the RE rear diffuser.

Interior
unknown layout

Sorry pics are off a camera fone heh

Most of it was done in my shop til i had to close cause the lease was done and they didnt want to renew due to wanting to tear it down and build a new condo complex. So for now its being done in my drive way since everything thats left is motor wise and wiring. Theres more parts but i cant remember off the top of my head what else we have for it. The turbo set up is temporary anyways just to get it running.

yeah i knoww. i cant wait to try out the suspension on the streets and track. hopefully this spring and summer i can test out different settings on the car on both track n street. Might go with my friend and his 09 wrx to the track since he wants to tune and try different settings on his suspension.

Power wise the previous owner of the motor dynod it at 260ish rwhp with stock cat, brn stage 1 apexi duals, and rtek1.8 from what i remember. I know my friend said this turbo set up will be temporary. Hes been looking at different kits here and there. Id say this car is like our test car to see what we like and wont like.

After this is done or running its back to my working on my bridgy motor laying in storage. I miss the brap brap from it. Its waitin on a t51r =)
