1988 GTU - My project
1988 GTU - My project
Well, I bought it a couple months back from a member on here, and between several various reasons(Economy, cold weather, etc) I haven't had much time to work on it, but here she goes.
I just hope she doesn't kick my butt too much, as I've never touched an Rx7, despite always wanting one.
Her purpose is pretty much a strictly track car. I'll probably take a few mods off it and begin in stock autocrossing to get used to it, and work up from there.

And before money got too tight, I did manage to pick up a 13B out of a junkyard Rx7, also an 88 GTU. Of course, the transmission out of it had already been taken, haha. I'll pick one up here at some point.

As far as tearing it down, I've only gotten it partially down to a short block, so I have no idea what it needs yet. Either way, I've seen 13B's rebuilt, and can't wait to do this one my own.
It's my third car(First was set afire by a shop, and I still own my second), but my first one of this magnitude, being essentially a shell, haha.
