old and new haha god so ugly! Nothing like getting rid of bald tires and wheels that have been on the car since at least 1996

I really needed some thin wall sockets but I was too anxious to get them on.

First bath after the winter

Bumper chips...ugh

I've got some anodized blue lug nuts on the way. Also some lowering springs...though I'm not sure I'm gonna put them on. I'm fine with the ride height and will prob have issues with a 1 1/2" drop.

The wheels are 5zigen GN + pro racer. I didn't put the stickers on them yet. I've had KS kit on my car for years now. Was the first person to have it imported back in 2002? The car sat garaged for about 4 years and my stock motor went out after I started driving it again. I bought a new rebuild off a guy in OK and it was **** and only got 900 miles. So I tore it apart and replaced all the internals myself and it's been running again for a year and a half now.

I can't believe I still haven't put driving lights in those little holes. That's next on my to purchase list.

I guess it's hard to believe that kit has been out this long and it's still not widely owned. Pretty unique due to it being so damn expensive I guess. I'm glad I bought it when I did since the prices have all gone up several hundred dollars. This is about the only forum I don't receive hate on about the kit cuz everyone knows what it is. Most people will hate on the big *** tail or don't like the hood or bumper...etc.

and I can't believe you still have this car after all these years! Much respect. With new wheels, finally. I can't say I would have gone with those, but they're a lot better than the oldies.
Looks like you'll need to roll the rear fenders if lowered. Do it...

I like it, I respect authenticity and matching aero. I only know of one other guy that has that front.

3rd owner and car has been garaged it's entire life. I've been through a lot with this car and have spent probably more than 20k on it over the years Ah well, it's a love I couldn't let go of. It was in a wreck and I had to replace the bumper and hood and at the time that kit was my favorite for the FC so I saved for a bit and finally just said **** it and ordered it.

I wasn't gonna get the tail, but the hood hadn't been produced yet and I had waited months for my shipment due to it not having been even made. So I told them to just ship my order and add the wing instead of the hood. I still blame batman and his gigantic wing loving *** for talking me into getting it. It grows on most people, but I'm still not a huge fan of it myself. I'm a bit too old these days to be driving a car that looks like that and have considered selling it but I know I'd never get what I want for it.

Anyway, thanks for the props everyone.

Hope I don't get banned or something for posting this here. But here's a link to my registry if anyone wanted to see my mods

I like it. ALOT.

First time i've seen those wheels on an fc!

I dont think an inch and a half is going to have you scraping.....even on speed bumps. I'd say try out some springs. Buy a used set if you're really iffy about it and if you dont like it, sell em.

9.5" in the rear 8.5 up front. I don't care for big heavy wheels. 17" was the largest I wanted. Yeah maybe a bit ricey...hey I was only 24-25 when I bought the kit and I didn't know any better lol. Never had anyone question weather its genuine but yeah it is. Car has only seen 5,000 miles or so since I got the kit put on anyway. Chasis has about 100500 miles

with the way the kit attaches to the fenders I kinda have to agree. Fender rolling would **** **** up a bit. I dunno I might put the springs on to see if it rubs or has any issues.
