Thank you!

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone that contributes to this community and that helped me with my questions.

I fired up my FC today after a year-long weekend project of pulling my engine and transmission, getting them both rebuilt (thanks to the forum, I got someone else to rebuild them), and getting everything re-installed. I had never touched a car before, but always wanted to be comfortable working on them. Buying a sweet, stock GXL and blowing a coolant seal within the first 1,000km presented me with an opportunity.

It took way too long, cost way to much, but now, here I am, a little bit wiser with my favorite car back in action.

Literally wouldn't have started this project without this forum. Definitely wouldn't have been successful without it.

So yes. Thank you thank you thank you.

That is a GORGEOUS GXL!! Glad you were able to get the car back on the road!! Also, this is the absolute best RX-7 community that's out there. Im proud to say that I've been a part of this awesome community for as long as I have!

That is one clean and absurdly complete car.
I worked hard to eliminate about 80% of the stuff in your bay but feel oddly nostalgic seeing it in yours.
