Starts great, idles great runs well until I put foot down on gas

hi guys I need advice , car was running great until I adjusted idle , now when I floor it it splutters & has a flat spot ,and pops and splutters , I put new plugs in & emptied gas tank and put fresh gas and injecter cleaner in, it was parked up for 12 months was running awesome before I put in storage, only thing I've changed since then was adjust idle screw so I didn't have to spend 5 min warming it up , it starts great , idles great drives nice on primaries But when I put my foot down it coughs & pops and revs drop, ANY ADVICE much appreaciated
