right hand is cigar lighter and left hand i believe is for the center console controls, ie mirrors, AAS and security light.

Anyone happen to know the easiest way to clean up the rats nest. an also what all need to be powerd? Planning on making new harness in the engine bay. 87 fc 13b.

How do you plan on making a new harness if you don't already know what needs to be powered?
And by "rat's nest", do you mean the vacuum spider?

In any case, successfully modifying anything generally requires you understand the system you intend to change.
