noticed this after cleaning off carbon what do you guys thinks? s5 turbo year rotor first rebuild HELP

 

From the pictures it looks like you still have some pieces of side seal to clear out and replace. Do a thorough cleaning, being mindful of the soft surface of the side seal face. Download/reference a copy of the FSM for your car's year, and using micrometer and feeler gauges spec it out. If it's within spec, and there are no dents on the combustion cycle faces from detonation then you should be fine.
