Which is the best to use polygraphite or polyerathane bushings.

polygraphite, its the same as polyurathane, but grafite is used to keep it from sqeeking.

With Poly bushings, you have to lube them with grafite anyways. Or they will sqeek like mad.

who are you getting polygrafite ones from???

I was looking at PST (Performance Suspension Technology). Do you know if there any better than the ones from Energy Suspension.

There both about the same, get the grafite ones if there available.

i got my polygraphite setup from PST, kit was great, no squeaks

well not from the bushings, now gotta work out the rest of the car
