Outer Coolant seals

Got a bad seal on the plug side of the engine. Leaking very little. This is located in front of the engine its not the water pump its between the first housing and iron. Engine was rebuilt 30k miles ago so it runs beautifully. Can i just replace the rubber seals and leave everything else how it is? And can i drive it like this? I been driving it for about a month which is how long ago i bought the motor. It doesnt mix because it doesn't smoke. Just have to keep an eye on the coolant level. Really a shame. Its basically a new engine.

Remove the engine, crack it open and replace the seal would be the proper way. Check for any issues with casting in that area or perhaps the seal is twisted... It can happen Good luck!
