Lower intake manifold metal tube?

I was doing all my intake manifold gaskets on my 86 N/A 13b noticed on my lower intake manifold this metal line was covered in rust holes. Im trying to figure out what to call it and if i even need it. I have done emissions, omp delete. Not to sure where the capped vacuum line was hooked up before. Maybe i can just cap the holes where the line bokts in? If anyone can help out would be muvh appreciated.

This \"metal tube"

Bolts up here.

Mazda calls is N326-13-B90A, Pipe Air
i would imagine a used manifold would have that pipe on it too.

6 port actuator back pressure line

Hi,
This line feeds back pressure from the exhaust system to the actuators that open the sleeves for the 5th & 6th port intakes.

At wide open throttle as the exhaust back pressure increases it causes the actuators to rotate the sleeves which open the ports to allow more air/fuel flow into the rotors as needed to increase power.
