Just got my car back (1989 Rx7 conv) from a mechanic in Queens, NY who took the engine apart to rebuild and did nothing. All kinds of BS, but no engine. Don't want to get rid of the car, but I'm at a loss. Does anyone know a mechanic here in the city that I can trust?
