Hi, i've had to change my passenger headlight bulb.
All the headlight cover screws were seized.
I had to butcher 3 out of the 4 and i don't really trust the last one.

I will replace them, they look like 10-32 screws, could you confirm ?
I don't know what material they are although, i guess steel with black zinc plating should do.
Do you have any thought on this ?
