Fuel Pump & Level Sender Corrosion

I recently started tearing into my FC that has been sitting for 15 years. The fuel tank and everything in it is corroded pretty badly. Luckily I have an additional tank in good shape. I pulled the fuel pump out and I have a couple questions. Looks like there is a rubber base for the pump to keep it in place. This rubber is all messed up. Is this supplied with a new pump? Also there is a rubber boot over one of the wire connections on the pump. Should there be two of these? How important are these, because the one I have is split. Any leads on finding one of these little rubber boots? The level sender & float are also pretty corroded and replacements look pricy. Do you think it will still work in an ugly state? Thanks.
